FAQs
What is the dress code for your wedding?
Think New Year’s Eve vibes—channel the glitz and glamour of the holidays, wear what makes you feel great, and make it a night to remember!
Men are encouraged to wear suits; women to wear winter cocktail attire.
Complimentary coat check will be available upon arrival.
When are RSVPs due?
Please let us know if you’ll join us by November 1. If you have a special circumstance, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Where are you registered?
Your journey to join us in Madison is our greatest gift. In lieu of a registry, we’ve partnered with Shirley Ryan AbilityLab to raise funds for the Pain Management Center, where Mike continues to receive treatment following a back injury in 2021.
If you wish to donate, click the link above and input the following:
DESIGNATION: Select Other - Type in “Pain Management Center”
GIFT INSPIRATION: Select “Amber & Mike’s Wedding”
Please note any cash gifts will be directed towards this fundraiser. \We hope to see Shirley Ryan thrive for generations to come!
Where should we stay?
We booked a room block (“Duratinsky Wedding”) at the Edgewater Hotel, but there are several hotels within walking distance of our reception venue that you can choose. Book in our room block here.
Will dietary requests be accommodated?
If you have any allergies, please leave a note in our RSVP form and we will do our best to accommodate. We will be offering gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian options.
Is parking available at the ceremony and reception venues?
Both our venues are located in downtown Madison and street parking is limited.
If you’re staying at The Edgewater Hotel, we recommend taking a complimentary shuttle to both the ceremony and reception. Be sure to reserve your trip at the front desk!
Can I bring a plus-one?
Please refer to your invitation to see if a guest was included. We also understand that life moves quickly and things may have changed since we last connected. Please don’t hesitate to text us with any questions or life updates!
Are children/babies welcome?
We love your kids—we really do! But if you can swing it, we’d love for your wedding to be your night off! A child-free evening means more time for dancing, toasts, and a party that carries us well into the night!
Where’s the nearest airport?
American, Delta, United and Sun Country offer nonstop flights into Dane County Regional Airport, a 10-minute drive from the hotel. For the latest routes and availability, check with the airlines or the airport website.
