Our Wedding Party
Britney Duratinsky
Captain of the Dance Floor
Britney has an incredible talent for setting the perfect vibe! Her good taste paired with thoughtful candor are two qualities that make her the perfect bridesmaid.
When she gives her stamp of approval on the dress or the cake, I know that we’re moving in the right direction!
She’ll be the heartbeat of the dance floor, so if Britney grabs your hand, just go for it—she’ll have you dancing all night and loving every second of it!
Dominika Manko
Most Likely to Irish Goodbye
Dominika and I met when Mike’s brother, Nick, started dating her a few years ago. We’ve both been able to experience becoming part of the Duratinsky family, and it’s meant a lot to have her along for the ride!
Together, we’re card-carrying members of the Early Bedtime Club and champions of calling it a night whenever we’ve decided the party’s peaked. In fact, if one or both of us disappear from the reception, you can bet we’re already halfway to our pillows…
Amanda Petron
Best at Rallying the Troops
Amanda was the first friend of Mike’s that I met–they go way back to their days at UW-Madison together! We were unofficial roommates for several years in Minneapolis (including through COVID-19), and even though we don’t live in the same city anymore, she keeps our friend group connected with her endless energy for reunions!
Amanda has a unique gift of making everyone feel at home and will ensure the day is a perfect blend of love, laughter, and the kind of camaraderie only she can inspire.
Rachel Enerson
Bride’s Trusty Sidekick
Rachel and I have been woven into each other’s lives since early childhood, likely first crossing paths in first or second grade, though our early memories remain hazy.
We danced together as teammates on the same squad, pursued our own paths in Fargo (me) and Eau Claire (her) during college, and reunited in Minneapolis, spending our twenties dissecting our dreams and planning new adventures.
Throughout my life, Rachel has been one of my biggest allies–and she’ll make the wedding celebration truly magical by infusing it with her unwavering support and love.
Joe Duratinsky
Chief Vibe Officer
Mike followed Joe to UW–Madison with med school dreams… until organic chemistry killed the vibe and he realized he liked sleep more than scrubs.
They may have pursued different life paths, but their bond has never faded. Joe knows just which of his siblings to call to drive into the city on a whim, eat something unidentifiable, and pursue a night that goes completely off-script.
Nick Duratinsky
Most Likely to Sneak in a Fog Machine
Only a couple years apart, Mike and Nick share a lot of interests, including their love of gadgets and gizmos. Together, the two of them never shy away from turning an ordinary moment into a production.
They both geek out when it comes to creating elaborate setups for their “just for fun” projects, so if you spot a fog machine mysteriously running during the reception… well, you know who to thank.
Matt Happe
Master of Mischief
Mike and Matt met through a mutual friend on a dirt biking trip, and he might as well be a long-lost brother. When they’re together, they don’t miss a beat—and while their adventures have become tamer in the past few years, they still find ways to sneak in a little healthy chaos from time to time.
Amber also happens to think Matt Happe is the funniest guy at any party. Pin him down for his Charlie Chaplin impersonations.
Matthew Petron
Honorary Work Wife
Mike met Matt just a few weeks into his new job. To say they hit it off would be selling it short—they’ve been each other’s biggest workday distraction for nearly a decade!
At one point, they were coworkers by day, roommates by night, separated only by the infamous “doorwall” — thick enough to block noise, thin enough to alert each other to an emergency briefing.
